Nero Claudius Caesar Augustus Germanicus, better known simply as NERONE, was the fth Roman emperor, the last of the Julio-Claudian dynasty. the false iconographic image of the emperor playing the lyre from the highest point of the Palatine while Rome was burning is still deeply rooted in the collective imagination.
